• By inviting and using Bleh on your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service. By continuing to use the bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.• When interacting with Bleh, users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Misuse of the bot is strictly prohibited; this includes spamming commands or using the bot to harass others.• Bleh does not store personal data beyond basic usage statistics (e.g., bleh counts). No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected, stored, or shared. By using the bot, you consent to collecting and processing anonymous usage data.• Users may not use the bot to spread spam, harmful content, or harassment, manipulate the bot's features to disrupt server activities, or exploit the bot for unauthorized access to user data or server information.• Bleh is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot, including data loss or server disruptions.• The developer reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate any of the bot's features. Continued use of the bot after updates implies acceptance of the changes.

• Bleh Bot collects minimal data necessary to provide its features, including usage statistics and server-specific settings. It does not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (PII).• The data collected is used solely to enhance user experience and maintain Bleh's functionality. This includes tracking the popularity of commands and customizing server settings as directed by administrators.• Data is temporarily stored on the server where Bleh is hosted and periodically deleted to maintain privacy. No external databases are used to store user data.• Bleh does not share or transmit any collected data to third parties. All data remains within the bot's hosting environment.• Server administrators can request the deletion of stored data through the Bleh Bot support server. Data related to a specific server can be cleared using admin commands such as /blehreset.• This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of Bleh Bot after any changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.• By using Bleh Bot, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
